this looks amazing but man i didnt have the mental capacity to figure out that you made a Reuben with the sausage and had a stroke trying to figure out how you make a actual sausage outta reuben i need to go to sleep.
In Austria they call this a pus-y (Eitrige) sausage.

The way my mouth dropped open when I saw this…..no lie I eat a Reuben like 3x a week (one of my jobs serves them). If I get tired of them, I just sub turkey for corned beef and keep on truckin’. Always hot mustard on the sandwich, 1000 island on the side to dip it in.
This looks like it slaps.
